People dont seem to understand how much chakra Kabuto really has. He obtains the perfect Sage Mode which requires ALOT of chakra and he is using the Edo with almost 100 people.

Naruto himself because of being a senju has a massive amount of chakra himself, without the tailed beast.

naruto isn't a senju.

Anyway, even w/o the 9tails, Naruto's reserves are absurd. Him, Nagato, Kisame, 3rd raikage, and the 3 sannin were the 1st to pop into my head.

Oooh, edit: Forgot about this, but before Naruto and Kurama were cool, he had to use his chakra to hold back Kurama's chakra. So, Narutard has quite the amount of chakra.

This list, for the most part is fairly reasonable.

Unfortunately there really isn't a definitive way to ever check who has the most chakra without having a direct 1v1 battle between 2 characters (and even that has its limitations regarding accuracy). The best way to speculate is through feats accomplished by a character and the things we've heard about them from other characters.

Obviously if all chakra is counted then the Sage (who would be at the top with or without the Ten Tails Chakra), followed by all Jinchuriki (and then probably Kisame who is known as the tailless tailed beast) would top this list; that is a given fact.

But since this list is for only the people themselves, then i'd say all the Senju (hashirama and tobirama in particular) would be at the top. Also the Uzumaki clan (Mito, Kushina, Naruto, Nagato etc. would be high up there.

Not absolutely sure about the 3rd Raikage topping the list though. I mean to fight for a week straight against countless ninja is a ridiculously amazing feat, (not trying to hate on the 3rd here) but you can't make the assumption that he had a lot of chakra JUST from this feat alone. He could have been a Taijutsu specialist like Lee for all we know and not need to use any chakra or barely any.(I know he wan't but i'm just making a point here)

The point is you don't need a large amount of chakra for that feat; you just need GODLIKE amounts of physical stamina which is NOT the same as chakra. Given what we know about the 3rd Raikage, he had an amazing amount of speed, strength, and endurance, possibly the most of any character in the series, so one can assume that he ran low on chakra and continued to fight on Taijutsu alone (till he recovered some chakra of course)

Therefore he cannot be proven to have the most chakra in the series.

Hopefully this made sense and please correct me if i'm wrong about anything.
