Who has the highest chakra levels?

Rinnegan + Mokuton Madara imo. Hashi's chakra should increase his chakra reserves quite a bit, and I believe it was stated at some point that Madara himself was a beast in terms of chakra reserves.

It might also be Tobi, he did control 6 bijuu and hasn't shown any signs of tiring.

Naruto himself because of being a senju has a massive amount of chakra himself, without the tailed beast.

Actually, Naruto iss only a half to a fourth senju. Becuase of both his parents Not being Senju. and also Being a senju doesnt mean you have chakra it means you have strength and abilties to learn many jutsu. As the Senju were know as The clan with a thousand justu. The Averge Uchiha has More Chakra than the average Senju because the Sage Gave the uchiha is Great Chakra and Eyes U_U

So i was just wondering, who do you think has the most amount of chakra in the narutoverse without tailed beasts? Imo it would be between Kisame and the 3rd Raikage

Kisame was nicknamed the Tailless Beast for his amazing amount of chakra.

The 3rd Raikage lasted a week against an army of shinobi using the raton shield [ Which imo would use a massive amount of chakra ]

Looking at some of the replies, this is my list.

Ive edited out the list and put in some information.

1. 3rd Raikage - The reason why ive put the 3rd Raikage as the top in chakra levels is because in the fight, he was said to have fought an army of ninja for a week straight, just to delay time. His Raiton sheild and Raiton finger thing would defiantly drain an immense amount of chakra seeing as the only people ever to use the Raiton Shield have been him and his son.

2. Kisame - His been nicknamed the tailless beast and has been hyped by many ninja to have massive amounts of chakra reserves. 30% of his chakra was used to stall team Gai and team Kakashi for a long period of time, his hype spread throughout the entire manga about the amazing chakra reserves he possess. Btw, people saying he was compared to naruto in a nine tails state by Neji, have to remember Naruto was only 13 and he hadn't even sprouted a tail or a shroud. Neji only seen Naruto with the eye change. Kisame is still ranked as my number #2 though.

3. Hashirama - Being a Senju, and a very early generation, Hashirama would have possessed an immense amount of chakra. He was able to control all the tailed beasts at once using his mokuton, and the Senju are the descendants of the younger brother, who were blessed with extreme chakra reserves.

4. Nagato - Again, due to his inheritance from his clan he has been given immense amount of chakra reserves. He was able to control the six paths of pain and use ALL of their jutsu at the same time in successon and raid the leaf. All the jutsu he used in the invasion of the leaf arc speaks for itself. And he was said to STILL have enough chakra to fight Naruto when he was discovered in the tree hideout.

5. 4th Raikage - He was said to have chakra equal to that of a tailed beast, when he approached team Taka, Karin was fretting at the amounts of chakra he possessed. The Raiton shield, as i said before, would defiantly absorb alot of chakra seeing as the only people using it are the 3rd and himself.

6. Tsunade - She managed to heal the leaf village for the entire time pain was invading. When Pain used Shinra Tensei, Tsunade gave all of her chakra to Katsuyu, and with it Katsuyu healed ALL of the main ninja and many fodders. Tsunade is also a Senju, which speaks for itself.

7. Naruto - Do i really have to go into detail? Mass Shadow Clone Spam, Rasengan, [ Kakashi said he doesnt have enough chakra to use it ] and a Sage Mode user, which is said only people with extreme chakra reserves can use.

8. Jiraiya - He has a very large arsenal of jutsu, and can push all of it to the limit. Being a Sage Mode user, he obviously has very large chakra reserves

9. Madara - Fought on par with Hashirama at the valley of end, which in itself would require a massive amount of chakra to even be able to last against a described god of shinobi. All the jutsu Madara has shown defiantly requires a great amount of chakra.

10. Sasuke - Im going to get flamed for this, but with all the arrange of jutsu he used and the amount of time he lasted in the summit arc defiantly goes to show how much Sasuke has improved in terms of chakra. He lasted against the five kages, spamming Susano'o and amaterasu, then fought Danzo and right after fought Kakashi and Naruto.

Anyone putting Naruto in the top 5 have to remember how many times he has run out of chakra and resorted to the nine tails... Its true that he has an immense amount of chakra, but the people above him defiantly have more.

Edit - Woke up and read the posts, and people not noticing that kakashi even being in there is a joke. his not even top 50 imo, wake up people.

Agree with most of it except for Tsunade, it aint her own chakra, as in, it aint coming from her own chakra coils, it is stored in a seal, so I think it is a great misconception to say that she has that much of a chakra level.

Well i personally think 3rd raikage and kisame have one of the most chakra but they are not that good at useing it here is a list of who uses chakra really good 1.pain and kakashi2.minato and hashirama 3rd shikimaru and then uchiha madara i put uchiha madara at 4th cuz against 1st hokage he was just doing different jutsus without caring about losing chakra but he does use really strong jutsus and uses them smartly i am minato fan i didnt put him at number 2 because am a fan i puted him at number 2 cuz against tobi he lost reallllly small amount of chakra because he was smart at using it and he pwned him:noc:

Hashirama has the highest chakra reserve.Every damn villain in the world tried to get some of his cells and they become insanely strong.3rd raikage is good,he was able to fight on par with Gyuki.But Hashirama was able to CONTROL not one,but many of the tailed beasts.
