He wouldn't develop more because he was already a man?
Jiraya developed heavily even after aging, so did tsunade, kakashi, gai, etc etc.
There are many other shinobis who developed even after becoming a man.

Fail, we only saw them while they were already old jiraya had learned sm before he was ever introduced to the manga he did so on his travels, same of tsunade she already had byakogou when naruto first met her... As for oro he developed due to what he was his life quest was to develop more so he really doesn't count his character was written that way...

Gai learn the gates as a kid after his father taught him, you don't really have to train hard to unlock limiters on chakra seeing how his Dad using 8th gate was trash compared to his usage...

Minato was a 1 trick pony, he even said using hand seals was not his style which is why he preferred ftg and rasengan

It was plot that naruto meet itachi during that fight and itachi freed himself from edo.
Had naruto not stumbled with itacho he would have remained the slave he was meant to be.

You still miss the point i specifically said if he had lived a while longer we would have seen his battle intellect he was already famous during the war figuring out how many of enemies are there and distinguishing how many were clones by just touching the ground.
He already showed the intellect while rescuing kushina from a group of jonins as a kid.
Had better grades than other prodigies.

He would have showed his intellect if he had more screen time. But what ever screen time he got showed he had one of the best intellect there is.

Quality over quantity.

Sensing jutsu he used us a jutsu its nit really any intellect involved in a jutsu that gives you information...

Kushina left a trail for him taking pieces of her trademark red hair and leaving strands on the ground so again his tracking skills aren't great...

Minato didn't decipher Obito's jutsu otherwise he would have won the fight, he just had a jutsu capable of countering S/t which is why he managed to defend himself, to decipher means to find a counter.

And although Minato gained some intel on Obito during their fight he still died, in contrast Obito claimed if Itachi had intel on his ability he would be dead, that alone should tell you Itachi was the smarter one.

Itachi is clearly above Minato. All of his plans required taking into account the possibilities that could oppose his plan and he carried through most of them successfully. Most of what people are saying is Minato wank. Minato's intelligent, but he was trash-talked and ridiculed by one of Konoha's intelligent ninja:

He's not comparable to Itachi who has been praised by some of the most intelligent ninja in the manga such as Obito and Kabuto.
