Only certain people in the Naruto world can host a Bijuu, especially the strongest one, Kurama. Only Mito Uzumaki, Kushina Uzumaki, and Naruto Uzumaki have shown the ability to host its power. I believe Kurama stated that Naruto inherited Kushina’s strongest chakras, so that allowed him to become a Host in the first place. That is a feat itself. People seem to confuse that anyone can become a Jinchuriki if they wanted to, or they downplay the feat itself. An Uchiha could never be a Jinchuriki host. Why? Their bodies are not strong enough.
The actual fact that Naruto can control the Kyuubi’s chakra which harmed and lowered his bodies life force during the years where he could not control it, makes him more of a master than people let him out to be. He can now share, meld; create the Kyuubi’s chakra onto others, which Kurama said that he later surpassed both Minato/Kushina in their respected categories.
Kurama’s chakra was always seen as a poisonous malicious energy. It acted as that so, too. It only really changed during the War Arc when Naruto took over Kurama's chakra with the help of Bee and Kushina..
