I would have said Tsunade or Sakura because they are med nins and this requires extreme chakra control and precision, but taking into account the latest chapters...

In terms of general Chakara control....Sakura or Tsunade....

But Naruto did have his highlight...however, I think that was more of a personality parallel, not really a "i've trained so hard and now I can hand out chakara like a pro" that Kishimoto was trying to get across. until I see him create a Rasengan without the need of a shadow clone or a 2nd hand...his general "chakara control" is inferior to Sakura...or it is very specialized in certain areas where chakara control is needed.

We dont know how ong it take to replenish the seal that sakura has after you refill it, who's to say that the seal doesn't cause she body to metabolize more chakra to make it adapt to filling up that spot.

I could Say Minato > Naruto > Hashirama . Naruto > Hashirama cuz oof their sage mode thing on the head . Hashirama changes a lot in SM while Naruto didnt.

lol Naruto does NOT have the best chakra control. If anything its still just as bad as before.

He has great MANIPULATION, and DISTRIBUTION of chakra, which is EXTERNAL.

Chakra control is COMPLETELY internal and goes only to medic-nins and Hyuuga Clan members, specifically Tsunade, Sakura, Neji, and Hiashi.

The only thing INTERNAL Naruto has going for him is chakra REGULATION, hence Sage Mode.

As it said it doesn't have to do with the amount of chakra why people are saying Naruto. It's WHAT he does with the chakra.

No one has been shown to be capable of doing what Naruto did the Shinobi Army. Having the Kyuubi

doesn't automatically make you capable of what Naruto did. What he did was all on his talents
