Who has the best chakra control?

lol Naruto does NOT have the best chakra control. If anything its still just as bad as before.

He has great MANIPULATION, and DISTRIBUTION of chakra, which is EXTERNAL.

Chakra control is COMPLETELY internal and goes only to medic-nins and Hyuuga Clan members, specifically Tsunade, Sakura, Neji, and Hiashi.

The only thing INTERNAL Naruto has going for him is chakra REGULATION, hence Sage Mode.

Wrong. Chakra control is both. You can't say being able to manipulate and distribute chakra at a high level is not a form of

chakra control. The key word is control here. Just because he isn't controlling it the same way Sakura and Tsunade does

doesn't mean he doesn't have an awesome one. People still keep using old naruto. Old Naruto was handicapped in chakra

control because of Kyuubi. Now that he is free he is able to use his natural talents. And looking at this poll you can see many

others can see this.

As it said it doesn't have to do with the amount of chakra why people are saying Naruto. It's WHAT he does with the chakra. No one has been shown to be capable of doing what Naruto did the Shinobi Army. Having the Kyuubi doesn't automatically make you capable of what Naruto did. What he did was all on his talents

It's both. The ability to internally spatially compress/use chakra, and the ability to manipulate/distribute it when it is outside. That is the usage of the word control.

Meaning Naruto's regulation of chakra is top-tier with his ability to internally gather Kurama's chakra and mold it to a specific preference and his outer manipulation is also top-tier considering he can then distribute that chakra to a person's specific need.

In theory, nature compression techniques shouldn't really be a problem for Naruto anymore. People have made theories in the past and with manga proof to back it up that Kurama's seal was what influenced Naruto's poor control before. That influenced has since been removed.

That's EXTERNAL control of chakra, or manipulation

Chakra control is being able to conserve as much chakra as possible while maintaining maximum jutsu efficiency. That is the basic definition of Chakra control.

Everything else is the manipulation of chakra after it has left the body.

Many others are not informed of the ACTUAL definition of chakra control which is why Im here to school everyone in the true definition of the word.

Same as above. There is a cerain definition of chakra control. Its not an all encompassing definition because it has been explain already exactly what chakra control is.

you can keep calling me a fanboy for stating the truth but you can't really deny that Itachi was a 10 times more dangerous opponent than any pre-war arc version of Naruto and he had about 10 times smaller chakra than base Naruto
