It's not Naruto's fault he has the 9 tails, but it is a part of him. so just because you believe someone can handle that chakra better doesn't make much sense. She would first have to get control of the beast before she can even start thinking about what she can or can't do with the chakra.

But considering the amount she has and how she utilizes it at multiple times at once, when mostly all her abilities calls for precise chakra control, she is easily the best a chakra control, and she doesn't even focus on it.

Look at T Bogard's post.. Sakura may of have been better back then but Naruto currently is the best at chakra control.. but yeah shes at the top with the likes of minato, kushina, and tsunade.

Naruto can not only modify kurama's chakra to fit a person's specific need, but he can mass distribute it.

I believe THAT is actually the best chakra control feat we have in this manga. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I doubt it U_U

Naruto, as it has been said, he can mould Kurama's chakra to fit other shinobi.

Sakura natural has the best chakra control.
She would've mastered the rasengan probably after a couple of tries.
Sakura chakra control is like her kekkei genkai , doujustu , or even elemental affinty.
Sakura has been store chakra in her forehead for three years all while proforming highly complex jutsu.
She extracted poison from Kankuro while store chakra in her seal
She used her chakra enhance strength, while storing it away
She healed endless amounts of time while storing it...
She a genjutsu type and cant easily break out high class genjustu
Sakura > Genjustu
need I say more and dont give me that naruto gave his demon cloak
and controlled it, Im not trying to here all that, it 2 people contorl the
chakra there sakura is one person who could preform superior chakra control
as a child, it goes to her...Tsunade was close but because of her Senju and Uzimaki
background she is working with more chakra than Sakura and it's easier to control and
store with more chakra (common sense).

So basically, Naruto is the only person who has shown to be capable to transform his chakra to match any other individual chakra type since Minato. The difference between that and what Tsunade for example does is that when Tsunade transfers her chakra into someone, it conserves her own individual chakra type. It's where Naruto and Minato exceed her

Have u forgetten about kabuto?!?!
At the 1st fight with naruto ,he got hit by rasengan and concentrated his chakra at one point to heal the injury and survived.
Also he has dragon sage mode.and after all he is a best medical ninja.
So dont u think he should be on the list.
By the way looking the situation naruto has the best chakra control now.

There are different types of chakra control ie Naruto mastered shape transformation, but still uses excessive amount for every jutsu he makes. Onoki mastered nature transfromation by acquiring three basic natures and being able to combine them to form jinton. Tsunade and Sakura mastered precision chakra moulding, they're probably the most economic and efficient with their chakra.

Neji and the Hyuuugas along with Most Medic Nins, specifically Tsunade and maybe Sakura.

He mastered the Kyuubi, took the Rasengan to new levels, and mastered the Sage Mode like no other before him. All require great control.

I believe Naruto is in a class of his own when it comes to chakra control. The 3 ninjas that have shown perfect sage modes are all in the top tier, which requires extreme chakra control. Naruto can control a chakra type that only four other ninjas have been shown to be able to sense. That alone puts him in contention with being the best, and everything he has done with Kurama's chakra puts him on top. Mini Rasenshurikens is all i have to say about Naruto still putting too much chakra into his jutsus.
