At the moment Konohamaru has the most potential. (If we leave out Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura etc.)
He's even stronger than Naruto was at his age.

Any member of a special clan, like hyuga or uchiha have most potential, why because... they can learn everything that another person can like FTG but a normal person cant use their clans abilities as efficiently. What i mean is imagine if minato was uchiha, or say itachi knew FTG
