Who has most potential. ???

I was wondering which character with the abilities they have now have the ability to be one of the strongest.

I'm thinking hinata. Seems like twin lion fist is unfinished, its chakra taking a solid form not unlike susanoo. Through mastery of that jutsu seems like Hyuuga clan could achieve an susanoo like jutsu without having to put massive strain on the eyes, with her rotation and chakra control rasegan could easily be achieved since gentle fist is already forming chakra in hand.

Side note would love to,see Sakura with earth style moves. Stone fist. To her already epic punch

1.Minato(Stood at the top without being a Senju or Uchiha or without getng pwrs from others like Naruto,Obito,Sasuke,Madara and Nagato etc...got respect from his foe's)
2.Naruto(Since he is the sun of Minato)
3.Jiraya
4.Hashirama,Itachi,Madara and Obito
5.Sasuke,Kakashi,Tobirama and Oro

Well excluding naruto and sasuke I'm gonna say shikamaru (not because he's my favorite I'm just being honest) because with his mind he can come up with any strategy or counter to any jutsu or strategy and also he could probably create a lot of his own unique jutsu if he put his mind to it

Hyuuga Neji had loads of it; he was a youngster who is the 2nd strongest in the clan; and most gifted Hyuuga despite being a branch family member; he could have surpassed Gai too; he was close to Hiashi's level already.

Hanabi Hyuuga was kicking her 5 years older sisters' ass; Hinata may not be that skillful back then but she had obvious height, weight and experience advantages, that child have potential...

Naruto and Sasuke easily have the biggest potential. They're both only 16, yet still some of the strongest shinobi of all time. If they just keep on working hard to get stronger, they could definetly surpass Hashirama and Madara someday.

Gaara also has quite a lot of potential though. He was called the "Golden Egg" of the kages afterall
