The burden of proof is on him considering he made the claim. And hashi's chakra was compared to other characters where as madara's was never compared to anyone else's.

Not quite. When ever sage mode is released the user experiences exhaustion. Look at naruto vs pain fight. Even though naruto was using nature energy to power his sage mode. He still experienced exhaustion when it ended. Hashi could have just seemed exhausted not because he spent all his chakra but because of the effects of sage mode release.

I would say Madara. The guy fought for 24 hours straight against Hashirama who has chakra levels near the Kyuubi's.

Though that may only be because Uchiha's have stronger chakra, so maybe techniques are just less taxing.

I'd still say Madara though. I don't think Nagato would be able to fight that long.

This is true imho. If Hashirama and Madara both fought vigorously after the "beasts" were not a factor...and both were equally exhausted..imho they were equal. If anything imo Hashiramas Chakra may have been very very slightly weaker. Doesn't it take enormous amount of chakra to control Kurama? Just wondering....even so doesn't Madara say that they are equal in the Manga?

I don't think nagato comes close to Madras chakra reserve by what you are saying then.

Your saying madara has enough chakra to keep fighting hashi to the point where his sage mode wears off. That means then they both are equal. The exhaustion was due to no chakra left.

Think about it, you think nagato can fight hashi without running out of chakra like madara? I doubt it.

Yeah it does take allot of chakra to control the kyubi. Not only that but PF susanoo was used too.

I cannot. But most topics like this are resolved based on evidence provided by the manga at the moment. Unless new sources of evidence appear to suggest otherwise it is only logical to take what we have and use it to make judgements. The manga suggests that madara has large chakra reserves given his feats. But there is not enough evidence to say whether it can match hashirama's or not. however hashirama's has been compared to the kyuubi which was previousely know to be the being without equal interms of chakra bar the juubi. Given this we can draw conclusions on hashirama's chakra levels but not madara's.

I doubt it as well. But whether his chakra levels are higher or lower than madara's is the question.
