I have an Orochimaru bio and so does Scarface.
Scarface is the most powerful Orochimaru bio holder at the moment, I believe and he will not just give it away. It's not as simple as that. Either way, give him a VM about the issue and he will give you the details of obtaining it. And what comes to the curse mark details...

Curse Mark

Restrictions:

Only Orochimaru and Nexus from the Medical School are capable of giving cursed seals.
It can only be activated once per battle and once activated it lasts for 5 turns.
While in this mode Your attacks are all +20 damage but leaves the user drained of chakra when the curse mark mode is deactivated.
