And A isn't debatable. A totally outclasses Itachi in terms of Shunshin. Only Minato and Naruto are comparable to A in this manga.
This is what shunshin is means
Body Flicker Technique (瞬身の術, Shunshin no Jutsu)
Ninjutsu, D-rank, Supplementary
Users: Gaara, Hatake Kakashi, et al
A movement technique with extreme speed like a gust of wind!!
Appearing along with the wind, disappearing like the wind: the ninja's instantaneous movement technique. This super fast movement is almost impossible to grasp with the naked eye. If seen by an ordinary person, it would seem as if the user has teleported... In reality, the user has vitalized his body with chakra and moved at super speeds. The amount of chakra used up differs depending on the distance and elevation of their stopping point in comparison to the starting point.
He shunshin'd to blitz Zetsu in base. He shunshin'd out of Juugo's explosion blast in a blitz. He shunshin'd against Minato, like he shunshin'd to avoid Sasuke's instant Amaterasu, he was constantly shunshining against Naruto, those are his feats, totally outclassing Itachi's who has none in this manga if i remember. What happened against Uchihas was off-panelled, we only saw the end of it, so we can't tell exactly what he used. He never blitzed the Sage you mentioned as well. He used his clones to fool him and take advantage of thisWhy is that? A's best feat was temporarily outpacing Sasuke's Sharingan.
Itachi did so to three Sharingan users, a Sage, etc.
Exactly and in all of your pics, where do you see Itachi using it?A shunshin is any unnatural burst of speed between two points.

Perfect answerKinda hard to tell when it comes to something like this. I can't provide evidence (on my phone) but I'd say Shisui, Gai, Lee, Sasuke, Raikage, and Bee would all compare to Itachi. Itachi does have some impressive speed feats though, your thread more than proves that.
Kakashis speed has been underrated severly. He's faster than itachi.
You confuse speed with shunshin. Shunshin is a ninjutsu. Speed is body movement. Gai and Lee for example are fast, but they don't use Shunshin. It's not their speciality(well Gai used it once when facing team7 in part1). So Itachi is faster than Kakashi and Sasuke in body movement(well at least if the databook is still accurate), doesn't mean he has greater shunshin than them which is the question of the topic, and considering feats that Sasuke has(and hype), i don't think Itachi is above him in shunshinAccording to Databook he has the same speed as Sasuke, a little slower than Itachi. As for the thread: A, 3rd Raikage, Gai, Shisui, probably Lee.

Well that's just a speculation. Feats and hype are in Sasuke's favor thoughIt would make sense for Itachi to have a faster shunshin, even without his better feats, because he has superior chakra-molding abilities, especially compared to Gai and Lee.
