Who has a faster shunshin than Itachi aside from Minato and Naruto?

I think it's probable that Shisui is the one who taught Itachi.

But yeah, Shisui definitely could have been Minato-level, maybe even better (not counting Hiraishin obvs.)

Kinda hard to tell when it comes to something like this. I can't provide evidence (on my phone) but I'd say Shisui, Gai, Lee, Sasuke, Raikage, and Bee would all compare to Itachi. Itachi does have some impressive speed feats though, your thread more than proves that.

Of those listed, I'd say Raikage is the one that sticks out best, then Sasuke.

Gai, Lee, and Bee are all very fast, but their shunshin hasn't really been highlighted.

Kakashi, too. They're all clearly top tier in terms of combat speed.

But in terms of specific flickers (speed-bursts,) I don't think they've really shown too much of those.

When used in combination with his Raiton no Yoroi, the Fourth Raikage's Shunshin is most likely the fastest in the manga, aside from Naruto and Minato's.

I dont know, it seems his just using his bran out, i mean itachi was known to his sharringan and most people he fought dont use sharringan so they have to direct their eyes to the feet which make them weak when it comes to air tactics..

While he is fast, shunshin is not his speciality. You seem to confuse shunshin with handseals speed(ninjutsu execution). So i could find a lot of ninjas who have comparable shunshin if not greater than his own like Bee, Raikage, Sasuke or Kakashi. Shisui and Tobirama are hyped to be up as well

Well like i've said, you seem to confuse jutsu speed with shunshin. If you look closely at the pic you mentioned in the OP, none were specially showed as shunshin movement. And A isn't debatable. A totally outclasses Itachi in terms of Shunshin. Only Minato and Naruto are comparable to A in this manga.

In fact Itachi rarely uses shunshin in battle(i don't even remember him using one)
