That's true Yata can defend against almost any other Susano'o attack. Do you think Totsuka could seal Susano'o since it seals anything it pierces?

and therein lies the problem. It needs to pierce Kakshi's Susanoo in order to seal it. But if Kakashi phases through it, how will Totsuka pierce him?

Astral can also refer to cosmic attacks, bending space and time is a cosmic feat and it has no physical form as you suggested, so Yata should work with no problem. DB says it will alter its properties to match any jutsu so S/t shouldn't be an exception.

so it all comes down to what astral is reffering to. Although I'm almost 100% sure it refers to spritual things as Naruto was never a cosmic based comic but a spiritual one.

Would'nt you say Susano'o is astral? Astral mostly refers to supernatural phenomena,psychic happenings, and spirits.
