Who had the strongest Susano'o

That's true Yata can defend against almost any other Susano'o attack. Do you think Totsuka could seal Susano'o since it seals anything it pierces?

something got through but idk if itachi's susanoo has that kinda force behind the pierce. I was also thinking that the sword being imbued with sealing jutsu mean that it could seal on touch if itachi wants but never seen that done before.

Astral can also refer to cosmic attacks, bending space and time is a cosmic feat and it has no physical form as you suggested, so Yata should work with no problem. DB says it will alter its properties to match any jutsu so S/t shouldn't be an exception.
