That page between Gamabunta & Manda is not conclusive since Jiraiya saw Tsunade about to slam down Manda, other wise they could have, you know, dodged.

Before this Gamabunta dodged the knife thrown at him by Manda so he is not lacking there, and neither did Manda come anywhere near defeating Katsuyu.

As far as I remember the whole fight was a stalemate between the three.

Katsuyu attacks with acid -----> Manda dodges
Manda wraps around Katsuyu and tries to bite -----> Katsuyu escapes by splitting and reforms
Gamabunta attacks with knife -----> Manda blocks by grabbing it
Manda throws it back at him -----> Gamabunta dodges

No, it's pretty conclusive. Manda was going to take a big chunk out of Bunta had Tsunade not saved him and no, the fight obviously wasn't a stalemate. Manda was going to devour Katsuyu until Bunta distracted him w/ his attack. Then Katsuyu escaped. Then Bunta was about to get eaten and Tsunade saved him.

Nothing even begins to imply that Bunta would've dodged. What is directly implied is that Bunta was in trouble hence Tsunade coming in when she did.
