Bunta may catch Manda off guard hes the first boss summon we seen to actually cast ninjutsu

Agreed. Manda may be faster, but the toads can utilize Ninjutsu as well as jump at high speeds/ heights. They also know Kenjutsu.

Naruto, the frogs fought tailed beasts, and the likes of Pein etc, Manda got solod by tsunade in part 1 when jiraiya ororchimaru and tsunade fought. The only thing the snake was ever good for was saving sasuke's ass versus Deidara. There is no contest here i'd actually say the snake summoning was the least usefull of the three
