who else thinks kakashi should had trained naruto for the 2 year time skip?

i personally think if kakashi trained him he would be stronger and he could had taught him counters to the sharigan genjutsu

his variety in jutsu would had probably increased too if kakashi trained him instead on jiraiya.

I don't entirely agree ... I think they both have strong point's, Kakashi might have taught him more elemental jutsu!

It's hard to say really! Naruto did increase a lot if you ask me... he really had to work allot on the basics.

jiraiya gave naruto legendary guts, If jiraiya didnt train naruto the whole prophecy and pain fight would be totally differant and naruto would have probably not learned sage jutsu or defeated pain and even if he did defeat pain he wouldnt have revived everyone. cmon man

but has trouble with the basics.His taijustu was terrible sakura had better taijustu at the start of part 2 but sm changed everything

Jiraiya is probably one of the best sensei there is... Naruto increased his skills with rasengan, defense against genjutsu, combinations with the toads and he increased pretty much everything he had in skill.

After all Jiraiya taught: Minato, Nagato, Konan & Yahiko all of them turning out quite skilled if you ask me.....

3. He overall grew stronger
