Bee got out of the GJ so it doesn't matter thats why the bijus there to get them out, Obito put both a biju and kage in GJ. Obito doesn't need taijutsu (off topic ish Obito monstriously strong anyways with just his fists). Also speed is irevelant here. Only person who can catch Obito is Minato.
