Sasuke - tsukuyomi
Kakashi - nobody caused any damage to kakashi , however Kisame was involved in that altercation.
Kurenai- before kakashi got there , she used a genjutsu, but Itachi used a genjutsu reflector and stopped her.
Deidara- genjutsu on him, and made him join akatsuki
Orochimaru- orochimaru attacked him and failed while being caught in itachi's genjutsu
Naruto idk, but finger genjutsu stopped Naruto from doin whatever he wanted to do.

I think sometimes he is referred to as a Solo-ist because he finishes the opponents. Examples include:

Orochimaru(hydra) via totsuka
Nagato(edo) via Totsuka
Kabuto(DSM) via Izanami
