That's right, i don't know how some people claim Hiruzen won that fight! Last time i checked Oro just lost his arms while Hiruzen died. How is that winning? A suicide attack was just forcing a draw because he knew he was doomed.
Actually, no. Hiruzen fought smart, not hard. He was faced with two very powerful Edo Tensei summons & an 'immortal' which could only be sealed, not defeated. And considering Shiki Fujin was the only one he seemed to know, that was the only way he could attempt to defeat the three of them. Why would he be stupid and exhaust even more chakra using techniques which would not be able to fully defeat his enemies? And to top it all off, he would've been successful had he only been a few years younger.
That's not a victory, it's a last ditch move for a draw and Oro would have survived the move so technically, he gets the victory.
Another example is Deidara vs. Sasuke, which Sasuke won simply because Deidara killed himself but Sasuke survived.
