All Konoha Eleven will survive, im pretty sure, or they will be severely injured and left about to die (in suspense) but somehow survive, like Hinata after her battle with Pain.
Maybe Tsunade? If she dies in the war, then afterwards Naruto would be offered the Hokage seat, that would make sense somehow, since the other sannin died she's the last one alive.
