Her summon is nearly indestructible with a multitude of resources and abilities
And to speak briefly one those her method of fighting is one dimensional blah blah.
1. Tsunade uses Taijutsu, Katsuyu, and Some ninjutsu as of yet
2. Raikage uses nin taijutsu
3. Gaara uses sand.
And of the Gokage she's the most likely to gain a power up considering Shikkotsurin is being kept relevant.
And finally, she's the worst fighter of the gokage? But the gokage was making no progress until Tsunade entered the fight? Ok. She's the worst of the gokage but without using her summon she was able to lay the smackdown on a susanoo clone. When only one other kage was able to do something similar. Ok When Madara's Katon's came their way, the gokage stood and did nothing while Tsunade shielded them. Had they avoided the attack her jumping in front of them wouldn't have been necessary.
Her defense is her pseudo immortality.
