who do you think is the worst fighter among the gokages? and the reason for that?

rai kage and beat him with speed and raw power

ya thats true. she isnt fit for fighting. she doesn even have defense.

they are all powerful and their is no real weakest as they all have pros and cons against eachother but weighing my options i say gara is the weakest

With assistance from the team if you ask me brute power means nothing without speed and Tsuande has no speed feats or damaging jutsu feats making her the weakest. But most useful because of her medical skills.

Tsunade's summon is okay but without it she is just so weak compared to the other's.

ex: Garra he could just pull Tsunade under the sand for a giant sand barriel and shes a gonner what is she going to do punch herself out? no, and she is not nearly quick enough to escape from Garra's sand.

it kills fodder. but a kage level shinobi cannot be killed by slow summons(comparatively)

All in all, Mei.

Mei may be able to beat Gaara, but overall against other opponents Gaara is superior.
