who do you think has the best ms ability

sasuke/itaichis (there the same)
obitos (this includes kakashis)
shisui

didnt include madara as he has ems and im not to sure about all his abilitys but its hinted to be like itaichi's and sasukes

personally i go with obitos

Sasuke can use blaze release with his right eye.
Itachi can control Tsukoyomi to a great extent.
Obito can use S/T ninjutsu without the MS.

I don't think i'd ever want the sharingan only because it's naturally over powered and taken for granted...BUT if I had to choose I would take Obito's eyes. The only man known to beat obito was Minato, and we all know how insanely powerful he was.

But at that time Obito didn't have Kamui to use against him, that's neither here nor there. Point of the matter, very few shinobi can deal with Obito's intangible ability. Throw in Kamui for the whole package and you've got some pretty ridiculous offensive and defensive capabilities.

obito's is most useful and for some reason has not been seen to deteriorate the vision. shisui's only can't be used as often as desired but i'll have to say tie between itachi's and obito's. i can't decide lolz xd
