As Wilds has pointed out already, Tsunade is original and she actually has dreams that are productive.

She wanted to create a medical department to make sure that the success rate of missions would end without casualties. She cares about lives and that is why she wanted to become Hokage, and she did. She has history and we know how she became what she became today. She is actually an important figure in Konoha's history and she was well known across the ninja world for her position as a Sannin.

She has a unique and meaningful past. Her recent fear of blood was symbolic of her loved ones that died in a war, but it is quite ironic that her one fear that she used to have made her into something that involves saving lives.

>Her character does not center around a boy
>She does not try to chase after a boy the entire series

>When Tsunade tries to do something she does not look stupid doing it

All in all, Tsunade is original and unique. She has her purpose. She knows what she wanted to do with her life as a medical ninja and Hokage.

sakura is just a pink watered down tsunade. she doesnt have any important family or hobbies like tsunade does. she should start drinking XD
