okay so i'm sick of people saying sasuke can .. he doesnt even have rinnegan yet and if if he does get it do you really think he'd be better then madara ? madara has infinite chakra for faq sake -.- naruto is no way guna solo him , it will have to be naruto and the ten tails with sasuke (maybe) that would stand a good chance .
As for Tobi, just because they are on the same team and working together , tobi might know something about madara , and he is pretty smart he stands the best chance solo just because of the intellect he has on madara

1st things 1st Susake isn't going to stop for a whole host of reasons. Naruto might but with Hashirama's powers Madara could suppress the Kyuubi. Tobi might be able to but will he actually want to? Kabuto might be the only true hope.

People are suggesting Tobi because in a situation or prediction scenario, if Tobi betray Madara (or vice verse), Tobi is the only one that could equal or come close to Madara strength level. Many say the same for Sasuke, but, his chances are very low, however, for spamming Sasunoo and Amatersu without risk, including the unknown possiblites of new abilities from EMS, it set his heights pretty higher than Naruto's.
Kabuto and Tobi are the only two characters left that have strong enough sealing jutsu to stop Madara. Tobi has the GM/preta path which could just rip out Madara's soul, but I don't see him wanting to attack someone with the same plans as him, plus he's going to get stomped by Naruto/Bee/Kakashi/Guy/rest of the forces.
Kabuto's going to be mighty pissed coming out of izanami and seeing his loss of control over Edo Madara, after capturing Sasuke to "learn the truth about ninjutsu" you can bet he's going straight there to sort out this summoning control issue. Itachi trolled Kabuto's confidence something good, he's not going to stay still while his ultimate pawn/scheme runs amok. After Sasuke is dealt with Kabuto's going to fix his Edo oversight with his ultimate technique, the only way to regain control of Madara's body, the Living Corpse Reincarnation.
Remember Madara, while a walking force of domination, is not really a main character. He has to stay around to progress the war and maybe certain characters *cough*Sasuke*cough*. He's going to get even more cocky now that he's broken the Edo link, what better way to end his ultra spree than locking him away in his own body? If Kabuto is successful with the LCR Madara's story nicely wraps up as having achieved his goal of ultimate power, crushing the senjus (tsunade), proving he's the strongest shinobi...only to have his power sealed away from his control due to his arrogance (let's be real, even a Kabuto/Sasuke fusion will require underestimation by Madara to nail an LCR)

The only one I can think off, on stopping Edo Madara is Naruto or Both Naruto and Sasuke. Why I think Naruto can stop Edo Madara because he is almost reaching in the ten-tails or maybe to Full-powered kurama state thx to the other chakras of the other bijuus, to restore Kurama's Half missing strength. Naruto is extremely fast, devastating, and powerful in his incomplete bijuu mode, just imagine in Perfect BIjuu Mode O.O plus Naruto has uzumaki blood and his clan is based on sealing jutsu and they were considered the best! so maybe Naruto out of knowhere unlocks a new type of sealing jutsu due to his bloodline I suppose, many things can happen, who knows.....also remember thta Madara possess hashi cells and Kurama's energy reacts to the cells like how happened with zetsu and yamato, so this could be a very big problem for Madara so it may come to the case that he must reject the cells before he turns into a tree. And one more thing, for the love of god!!! madara's wood style and especially his Sharingan Can't surpress Kurama anymore!!! because he is already combine with Naruto, so Naruto and Kurama are now perfect jinchuriki, so sharingan and wood style won't surpress kurama anymore!! Man, people always saying that stupid thing over and over, "pfff Madara can surpress kurama blablaba" ohh plzzz that was when kurama was wild and dind't have a host, and now they're perfect host now!! PERFECT JINCHURIKI!!

Naruto and Sasuke with new power ups will be able to defeat Naruto. Sasuke will probably beat him by himself while naruto beats Tobi.
