It was kind of obvious the moment we saw Kakashi's Kamui and then Tobi's teleports.

I though he was a non-Uchiha who somehow took sharingan, i would not think he would be someone we know from the manga...I thought Obito was way too obvious to be true.

As soon as it was revealed that Tobi had a sharingan on the right side of his face (not the left side which is the eye he lost) and after seeing how his s/t jutsu resembled Kakashi's kamui I believed it to be Obito. Plus the fact that kishi refused to explain what happened to Rin so far into the manga made me believe that it had to be Obito.

I never used to post that I believed it to be obito becuase back then you'd get abused and attacked for having an Obito theory.

I didn't want it to be Obito cuz it was too obvious, so i tried to believe in the Izuna/Kagami theories, but ultimately i knew it was him.

I believed it was Izuna but after 595 I knew it was Obito U_U

I thought it was a clone of Madara created by Orochimaru. My reasons were that in the VIZ translation, Kabuto heavily implied that Orochimaru and Madara knew each other. That, and that I didn't think Tobi was truly human due to the... Goo that oozed from him when injured by Minato and when fighting Fū and Torune.

Obito or Sage's Elder son (Uchiha Ancestor) Obito was kinda obvious though since there were easy hints. How Kakashi and Obito's techniques are similar. We all know who it was and we thought about it too hard when the answer was right in our faces. This why people were upset.
