I think Low Kage would realistically be a generous rank for Sakura by the end of part two. Can't see her matching many of the shown Kage by herself.

Naruto, so many jutsu and abilities he uses one time then we never see them again. He has blinding speed that he only used like 3 times and hasn't done anything bijuu related besides steam release.

The Hyuga in general.

Most Hyuga fans wine about them being nerfed and forgotten about, because they ultimately were. Part 1 hyped up the Hyuga clan so much with Kakashi's statements, and with Neji, the genius of the Hyuga clan who was without argument top 4 strongest genin back in part 1. I had my hopes up for the Hyuga to get mad development waaay back when i started watching part 2 and i was hyped to see Neji getting some screen time early part 2. But what happened after that? The entirety of the Hyuga clan was thrown to the side like a common house fly and their genius along with it. Blame Kishi, blame his editors, blame somebody because IMO this was a bad choice.

There are only 3 dojutsus in the ENTIRE Naruto world, and to somehow forget about one is blasphemous. Especially when it was the original eye of Kaguya, the otsutsuki(butchered the spelling) and possibly The SO6P(not likely). Yes i am a salty Hyuga Fan, but i was salty of the focus on the Uchiha in general in Part two. They were overdeveloped and wanked too much when you had other interesting clans to develop. Such as the Hyuga,Uzumaki,Senju,Aburame, etc. The Name of part two shouldn't have been Naruto Shippuden, but Naruto Uchiha Chronicles.

It's true, Neji was my favorite character from k11 in part 1. I was a hyuga mega fan and then shippuden came and my hype for that clan disappeared with Neji's development.

To be fair, if they knew they were gonna walk the route of now having a lot of spotlight on big names who possess byakugan they would have kept up with the streak. But oh well.

I always found it convenient how part 1 Neji had kaiten (something Hinata couldn't do) and 64 palms (something which she didn't learn until the end of part 2) but NOT twin lion fists, since he would have easily been able to drain the bit of Kurama chakra Naruto managed to muster up after Nejii blocked all of his chakra points.uttahere:

That's actually a good one. She is implied to be good but I would have loved to see her take on a more direct role in oro subplot at least for a bit. Maybe having gone somewhere with naruto and co.

Thinking about it now, were Nagato's 6 Paths nerfed? They were all restricted to using only 1 rinnegan jutsu. But Obito's 6 Paths could use their original host's jutsus.
