Who did Kishi Nerf The Hardest

So many OP shinobi in the NV. So many impressive feats, hype and victories, and yet Kishi nerfed characters when the plot suited him. Who would you say was nerfed the hardest?

Everyone with Rinnegan except for Nagato. Really wanted to see Madara, Sasuke use all six paths. Or Hashirama use Shinsuusenju in war arc.

Actually nobody can survive from God tree spikes that can branch out every inch of your body except if you're a senju like tsunade despite her body being seperated as long she has "chakra" she will remain alive.

Gaara imo. Not only is it implied in his profile in the third databook that he wasn't trying to kill Deidara despite him being an akatsuki, Shukaku didn't even come out when he was unconscious.

1.Rinnengan Juubito couldn't use kamui because he had he juubi body inside of him, but Madara used Kamui with the juubi body inide of him?

2. Edo Minato why didn't he fuse Bijuu mode and Sage Mode when discovering Juubito weakness so Senjutsu

Minato was nerfed the most in war. Naruto got huge boost from KCM in speed strength everything. Minato seemed like he got no boost at all.. Kishi gave him kyubi as a back up for naruto so he would be able to give naruto chakra without any plot bs. in fact minato in war was not even what he was without kyubi. He was used as a tool to progress plot and avoid plot-holes.
Next up is obito as jubi jin in fact both jubi jins even madara. Even though by having enormous chakra neither obito nor madara showed any techniques of their own... Instead it seemed like they only knew taijutsu which was kinda lame since taijutsu was never their strength.

There are so many that it pisses me off.

1.) Naruto and Sasuke
- Both lose their seals right after they got them.
- Naruto is apparently the meeting place of all bijuu but it's swept under the rug.
- Sasuke has the Rinnegan but most of the techs are never used and he has a cooldown.
- Sasuke chooses to be one armed... Just because (wtf?!)
- Naruto gets rusty for no reason.

2.) Obito
- Couldn't use kamui while JJ because of asspull reasons.

3.) Minato
- No explanation needed.

4.) Edo Hanzo
- He was hyped for years as a beast by the Sannin and then when we finally get to see him in action he's beaten by a freaking non-jutsu using samurai.

5.) Hokage Kakashi
- Wtf is the point of making his best techs dependent on dojutsu and calling him "Kakashi of the Sharingan" when you take away his sharingan!?

6.) Nagato
- Was nerfed hard by the dragon sealing jutsu
- Had a massive cooldown when Naruto fought him
- When revived he gave away all his moves.
- He was controlled by an inexperienced Kabuto.
- Got instakilled by plot sword of magic.

7.) Hiruzen
- Got revived in old fart form for no reason when he should have been brought back in his prime.
- His "god of shinobi" title got retconned.

8.) Kakuzu
- He was played up for having hundreds of years of battle experience but then he turns retarded against Naruto.

9.) Edo Sasori
- He was stripped of his puppets, custom body, armor, iron sand, poison, etc. and was defeated by Kankuro's words of f**king love and friendship.

10.) Edo Deidara
- Should be able to spam C0 and C1 over and over but doesn't. And he's beaten by Sai. That's just degrading.

 

[Dondaime Hokage Naruto]

kakuzu, Kishi made him fell for the oldest trick in the book wtf. Storm 2 did him more justice in the boss fight. Kishi also totally wasted him as an edo.

Kaguya. The moment Naruto used reverse harem, I could tell Kishi didn't take her seriously.

Hiruzen. I wanted Kishi to show us some of his power, but alas unless you weren't a jin or senju/uchiha at the time you're pretty much garbage. Sucks Kishi had to retcon "god of shinobi" title to boost up Hashirama in part 2.

Edo Sasori/Sai. Really Kishi wtf, Sai beats them.

Madara. I think Kishi had to kill him off to bring Kaguya because, an actual proper fight would take too much work for him and needed somebody like Kaguya so the rest of T7 can do something and to promote The Last/Boruto. It's a big shame.

My, oh my, where to begin.

Neji was the obvious choice, the genius pushed aside for the entirety of part 2.

Lee too deserved more after all he did in the story's first half.

Deidara in the war arc particularly annoys me in how his true potential was never shown there,

Hiruzen, oh my f*cking god Hiruzen. Said to be the strongest of all Kage yet he never shows something to make him so.

Mifune is also a very weird case as he did that one big thing that one time and was really hyped up to be something only to never do it again.

And I could just keep on going and going...

 

[Rikudou Tobi]

Tobi- refused to show variations of his six path powers, limited his mokuton use, and usually have up fighting so easily to let his opponents fall into a trap instead.

Hidan-Kishi said that he wanted to show more jutsus revolving his scythe but he couldn't because of time.

Shishui- He should've killed danzo instead of letting him take his eyes

Sasuke - Never uses genjutsu to fight Naruto, but uses it in every other fight he's in.

Sasori - Kills the "Strongest Kazekage" and commits suicide in the middle of a fight with Sakura and Chiyo. Because he was bored.

Kabuto - Scienes his way to DSM and gets beat by an asspull genjutsu. Somehow...

Nagato - Gets brought back as an Edo Tensei, but his legs don't work, so he's a stationary target and taken out by Totsuka.

Kakashi - Worf Effect

The Uchiha Clan - Seriously, of the scores of Uchiha, none of them could even wound Itachi and Obito?
