of course duhh is it Blackbeard or Shanks?
both emperor, both strong, but who deserves the last battle?

my oppinion, its shanks, because like what luffy said on their farewell moments he will get a crew that could beat his crew.. and i think that deserves the last battle also if he fought blackbeard and won then shanks, i think that enough for shanks to respect luffy as a great pirate..

It should be The world Government VS Straw-Hat crew + Allies, but between BB and shanks I'd say BB. BB indirectly caused the death of Portgas D. Ace.

shanks should be more like a non-malicious test to truly gauge luffy's progression.
so defeat blackbeard, then best shanks to show he's the true K.O.P.
