Who created the Ten Tailed Beast?

We were led to understand that centuries before the founding of the hidden villages, the So6p saved the world from the Ten-Tailed Beast. He subdued the beast after a battle and sealed it within his own body, becoming what could be considered the first jinchūriki.

Naturally after this explanation, Most of us just assumed the beast existed of its own will. However after this particualar episode of the manga

The So6p said something about the reincarnation "leading them to a better path". I was just wondering, Could it be that S06p created the beast, and then i got out of hand before he used the Creation of All Things Justu to divide them into Nine different beasts?

I don't think the ten tailed beast was "created". It was just a monster that caused chaos around the world so the SO6P sealed it chakra within himself and the body in the moon.

well our universe is said to have formed from the big bang of a dot like matter.....the same matter is believed to have formed out of nothing.......May be ten tail was formed out of nothing.......Naruto is scientific in many ways.........has been proved in many episodes.....

That brings us to the Logic behind Narutoverse. Kishi as a writer has failed to provide a firm foundation for his universe, which is probably because he's still building the universe instead of concentrating on the characters now.
