You just stated yourself that Minato can beat Obito, but the truth is, he can. FTG > Double Kamui, no doubt. If you escape in the other dimension, it means Minato wins. Obito has shown to be faster now, however FTG is always instant and cannot be countered unless you are any kind of Juubi host. But my point is, Minato has a lot more tactic than Obito and intelligence is of course added here as well. Kurama's chakra is there and including SM.

However If you takes Obito with all his the best powers while being Juubi Jinchurki aka, Juubi Jinchurki DMS Obito with Senjuu DNA, assuming Kamui is not restricted and Rinnegan is not needed control Juubi then

Minato already beat him 2x haha first fight was a 14-15 year old Obito who had Hashirama DNA, capable of summoning the Gedo and Kurama, have wood jutsus, katon, was personally trained by Madara to master his Sharingan, and had a better S/T jutsu than Minato. Second fight he just FTG and neg diff him pre-Jin.

Kakashi stated his Sharingan was going blind and needed to be very close to use Kamui snipe, he said this when Minato asked him to use it on Juubidara orb shield for Gai. Obito relied on his Kamui vs Minato for a reason, he knows that he can't hit Minato with any of his other jutsus since he would dodge it or warp it away with his FTG barrier. So in their fight it will be that of speed like their first fight. Minato is a sensor to help him evade attacks as well and can use his clones to attack from different angles. He knows about Kamui intangibility and is the only person show to break it down by seeing it once and furthermore when he saw it the second time.

Madara knew all about Kamui weakness and was preventing Obito from warping. Madara also have Deva path, weapon path, can pull out souls, use 25 wood clones, wood jutsus that release pollen that makes you go unconscious (Kamui only last 5 mins), sensory ability, better vision, can use all elements, can use his summonings shared vision.

Tobirama flood the area with water and FTG anywhere his water is so he can win like Minato would plus can mark Obito by surprising him this way. He's skilled with water jutsus and might just use hidden mist jutsu as well.

Hashirama use flower world to render a Obito unconscious unless he use PS to fly up but Hashirama would go SM and take care of it as he did Madara's PS with ease.

Nagato he knew Kamui weakness, use Deva path to blast Obito back or to repel any attacks. Hold Obito in place and use his missiles and/or laser until the 5 mins up with would result in him using PS or Izanagi. He can blast PS away as a weaken Deva Pein did to 3 giant toads with ease and everything is stronger with Nagato. If anything he out last him as many others do above as well ^^^ except maybe Minato who would be trying to end it fast anyways.
