Sabo was fighting an Admiral, he may not be as strong as Fuji but I think together with Luffy and Ace they could take down an Admiral, idk about Akainu because the Mera Mera (which both Ace and Sabo have) is literally worse than useless against Akainu, but imo the others ... yea

Sabo is about as strong as Marco, about admiral lvl but can't take on an Admiral quite yet, Ace was very strong, not as strong as Sabo and Marco but definitely could rumble with an Admiral for a while (like Jozu did) and we have no idea how strong Luffy is atm but he could at least give the opponent some trouble

He single handedly held the worlds most vicious criminals inside a box with just the fear of him coming out. Every one else in the prison was beat by pre-skip luffy. Lets be real Magellan was the only reason Impel down functioned. And luffy got super plot lucky that he found Iva and didn't just die. Cause if Iva and a whole bunch of circumstantial events didn't happen right now Luffy would be dead.

None of the criminals are noteworthy in terms of strength, os Magellan scared fodder and was borught to his kness by a pre TS LUffy's Jet Bazooka. He get's raped by any of the 3.
