Who could defeat Danzo with Shisuis eye ready?

the genjutsu still requires eye contact like tsukuyomi, a fast opponent could potentially not give him time to cast izanagi (like when sasuke shot that arrow at him and he had to grow a tree to deflect it).

anyway, danzo without sharingan and shisui's eye is nothing special, yet he was able to steal an eye from shisui, so i wouldn't say it makes him unbeatable. it's just an insanely good weapon, but it depends on the user. and danzou has proven himself to be a crappy sharingan user.

Kotoamatsukami doesn't require eye contact, and it was never said how Danzo managed to get Shisui's eye.

It does not need eyecontact as seen in the kage meeting.

Guy only knows how to fight without looking into a Uchiha's eye. Koto doesnt require eye contact so it would't matter.

I know what EMS stands for but what was your point in saying it?
And please don't try and act smart over the internest because it really isn't working. If you don't know what 'huh' means then you should really interact with people more. You will find out many people use that term.
