1. Defended naruto from being captured and triggered great emotions in him that allowed him to free himself and go into V6. With Naruto captured it would be end for everyone and Nagato would not revive all people he killed in Konoha.

2. Together with Ino saved shinobi alliance from being destroyed by Juubidama. Saving the war and world .

3. Prevented Naruto to join their side as said by both Madara and Obito . With Naruto on their side it would mean end of the world.

4. Together with Naruto destroyed Tenseigan vessel and saved planet Earth.
