Lol thanks - I try to answer things well, if it requires some thought for the answer or more than a sentence of explanation it's a good thread imo.

Oonoki+jinton beam can beat a tailed beasts relatively easy imo. On that original list I don't think several of them can defeat a tailed beast-- not Kiba's two-headed dog for sure; it was stopped by one rashomon that a four-tailed biju bomb blasted through three of no problem. I don't think the sannin summons can take a biju by themselves, though with their summoner they could. Anyway, it seems most strong teams of two can beat biju (Akatsuki). Maybe most of the tailed beasts are too wild to be able to think logically enough to battle two people at once... hmm...

hashirama, tobirama, tobi, kabuto sm, itachi, 2nd mizukage, 3rd raikage, muu, kisame, guy sensei, sarutobi ( old or young ) , oonoki, A, Bee, Darui, sasuke (MS +), danzo, hanzo, pain, jinbe, goku, zoro, yusuke, natsu, erza, & the list goes on....

Pretty much anyone kage level is capable of it, beasts are much easier than jinks for the most part. Just look at the three tails, Tobi and Deidara had next to no problems with defeating it. Only the seven, eight, and nine tails would be dangerous enough to require upper tier kage levels like Naruto, Sasuke, Kabuto - any main character that's been shown to be OP by feats or otherwise.

Third is going up to only eight tails and its draw, hell no hes going to solo nine tails on that list no one could solo nine tails not even naruto (mby dunno really:shrug: )

Well Akatsuki was made to take down the Jinchurikki and the tailed beasts which many of them did with little trouble so anyone above part one level, Hidan and Kakuzu took down theirs, Deidara(kinda), All the rest of Akatsuki(except taking down Bee and Naruto)

I'd bet Shikamaru and Kakashi with a little planning can take down most and Choji in Butterfly mode etc............ continues for quite a while
