Bansho Tennin and Human Path with a little touch of Asura Path if necessary. Heck, maybe even add Preta Path. It took down KCM Naruto and Bee (they really were about to die), so I don't see why it wouldn't take down the inferior jinchuuriki.

You do remember Edo Hashirama's there, right? Nagato doesn't need to do anything against the Edo Jinchuuriki. In fact, DSM Kabuto can put them under his sound genjutsu and they wouldn't be able to break out of it because their biju would not be on their side.
