How is he obviously stronger? he needed Hashi cells to even be on par with Hashi himself.
Obito is without "his" Jins because they are Kabuto's Jins, he summoned them not Obito. Thus this fight being isolated from everything else means no Kabuto to summon Jins for Obito to manipulate with chakra rods. When Obito shows Edo tensei then you can say he has his jins.
You don't know what a ret-conn is do you. Just because something was stated previously doesn't mean it will hold true until the end.
