Is it blitz kind of victory? also can fight them 3v1 or is that too much? (example: Luffy, zoro and robin vs law)

Luffy beats him handily because he has more haki, more physical strength, and speed. Law's planning is usually the thing that would give luffy trouble pre fourth gear.
I personally think Zoro is a possibility but other than that Law beats everyone else in the strawhats in a one on one.
Jinbei and Sanji are still pending at the moment because we don't even know who's the strongest of the two.

I think Law is capable of beating any Strawhat. If he is near Luffy's level he would probably be able to surpass his haki,

Luffy always struggles against Devil Fruits and figuring out how to beat them. You don't have that luxury against Law because he only needs to get you once. Also his slices don't have to connect physically in his room, and he can teleport. Law has shown he has reaction and handling speed that is on par with G2nd.

So if Law gets Luffy once the fight is pretty much over. I think only CoO can save Luffy here or CoA that is many times stronger than Law's But we haven't seen Law being blocked by haki yet.

Lmfao yes we have against vergo whom he cut through with df. And he also cut through doffy haki with his own (referring to part when doffy held his sword in his hand) so his haki is at the very least comparable to luffys at least not that far below him anyway
