seriously i think kimimaru could still own half the leaf village shinobi, its very hard to say who is the strongest person he could beat.
Maybe he might be as strong as Jugo

My guess is he can beat a lot of close-range Leaf Shinobi fighters, only the mid to high-range could beat Kimimaro (With the exception of Guy and Kakashi of course, although Guy is known for close-range fighting and Kakashi is known for mid-range, they could both beat Kimimaro in my opinion and I'm sure quite a lot of you would agree to that of course)
