Naruto can beat anyone if he made an oodama rasen shuriken, it's power would increase by alot and would be strong enough to damage if not kill both the 3rd and 4th Raikage. I think Naruto has surpass his dad in speed and strength but not in skill or strategy. Yes I think there are alot of ninjas would can still beat him right now who are alive (dead Minato is the strongest dead ninja as Kishi stated) and ninjas that we don't know of there fighting style doesn't count because we don't know there fighting style. Bar an beat Jiraiya, orochimaru, tsunade, the 3rd hokage (same age as he was fighting orochimaru), kakashi, guy, Gaara, shikamaru, the silver and gold bros, Gaara' s dad(since he'll just beat him the same way he beats Gaara), most likely hanzo, Ao, and maybe Minato if he fights smart. If naruto uses his shadow clones to analyst minato's battle style and sees that Minato uses the kunias to teleport then he can make his 7 rasengans and strike the moment Minato gets close.

Itachi...

No naruto can beat Itachi now that he's fighting smart and analyzing his opponent's fighting style. Naruto in sage mode will do, he can fuse with Ma and Pa toad now that he has control over the fox and they can break him out of any genjutsus the moment he's under one since they are fused and will tell if his chakra changes. Naruto won't run out of chakra with Ma and Pa toad constantly absorbing natural chakra and he can combine his attacks with there's. Ma toad can use her dust cloud jutsus to lessen the sharingan's sight, Naruto throws a shadow clone transformed as a rasen shuriken then have have 2 shadow clones attack him from both sides. They engage into taijutsus and all attacks that Itachi dodge or blocks will still hit him since Naruto has sage chakra surrounding his body that extends to hit the target ( hit can kill mostly anyone hit with it, killed a pain body this way). The shadow clone that was thrown makes a rasen shuriken, oodama rasengan, resan rasengan or wind rasengan on Itachi from behind (an uchia weakness is attacking from their blind spot). Even with sasunoo Ma toad dust cloud will still hide Naruto giving him chances to use the toad song which would affect Itachi's hearing not sight so he would breakout right away if he even can or Naruto can dig underground and attack Itachi from below (which is most likely sasunoo weakness) with rasengan.

Nagato can. 1v1 Nagato can absorb any ninjutsu so naruto rasen shuriken is useless and his nine tail mode.

He can be beaten by a lot of guys, but there is Hashirama and the Uchiha that would be a pain to him because of their abilities to supress/see/manipulate the kyubi chakra.

I'm not totally sure if the Uchiha can control the Kyuubi inside of him at this point....Seeing as during the brief skirmish with Itachi, nothing happened.

Kabuto WAS trying to capture Naruto, and if Itachi could have done it before he "released" himself and used Komoamatsukami, then that would have been the ideal time to do it. It would take away almost all of his power....

There is no one alive who can beat naruto other then possibly madara Naruto can take out most with sage mode alone. Some may need a few tails-max 8 tails. Vs madara with mangekyou and the power to control the nine tails, naruto gets killed maybe.
