He's equal speed of his dad but hes also a sensor now in either sage or kyuubi mode, minato might beat him but it'd be close since he can now rasengan all angles with his chakra arms.

Itachi before he told naruto he can break genjutsu by dropping/activating kyuubi mode to disrupt his chakra and even now with sussanoo maybe.

Madara probably, so6p probably, danzo idk, with shisui's eye for sure and without probably not. Muu probably and idk about 2nd mizukage, if im right and naruto can use sage/kyuubi mode to sense through his mirages and defeat whatever else he has (must be a lot to have killed muu) then yeah.

A already hit him a couple times and naruto was fine, and naruto dodged A's fastest punch. we'll see what the TBB does to the 3rd but if the 8tails left a scar on him then its going to damage him for sure.

If Naruto is fighting smart like he is against the Raikage then he will be hard to beat. Now that he has control over the fox he can fuse with Ma and Pa toad to stay in sage mode as long as he wants. The gives him the ability to break any genjutsus with Ma and Pa help. Naruto can beat alot of ninjas in sage mode and he has better mastery over it so he should match Raikage's strength but I'm not sure about speed. Danzo can't beat Naruto if he lost to sasuke who was weaker than Naruto at the time.
