Sasori: underwater just needs to drip some poison around..... and in some time that poison will cover all of Kisame's water, poisoning him. Underwater, Sasori can use his high pressure water attack as a jet drive in order to escape Kisame's attacks and high huge knife attacks would work too..... any other sasori technique would be useless underwater, but those would allow him the victory.
Nagato: Shinra Tensei, and water will have the same form as when he fought 6 tailed naruto, then he can rip kisame's soul if he comes too close..... Nagato can pull this....
Itachi: while in water, movements will be greatly slowed down (susanoo) and kisame's are faster.... so susanoo won't work underwater, but Itachi's chance relies on his prediction ability within sharingan and his ability to put someone under genjutsu.. I give this a 50/50
Hanzo: summons ibuse and do the same as sasori, in order to contaminate the water with poison, then use S/T ninjutsu to escape and that's practically it for him.
