Bee and Naruto could undergo a full transformation and blow everything with a TBB.
Gai could use his gates to disperse the water around him, he already did it once.
Obito would just warp himself to safety.
Nagato could use Chibaku Tensei or Shinra Tensei in full scale.
Hanzo had a breathing aparatus and great speed underwater.
Jiraiya would summon his giant toads and hide himself in their mouths.
Sasori doesn't need to breathe.
Maybe the Second Mizukage could blend with the water, he is a Hozuki after all.
Muu would become invisible, hide his chakra from Kisame and swim out of the dome without getting spotted.
