Who can beat Suiryu from other series?

Whether from manga or video game, I probably could list countless of hand-to-hand fighters who PROBABLY could match or defeat Suiryu, such as:

Akuma (Street Fighter)
Takuma (Art Of Fighting)
Luffy (One Piece)
Rob Lucci (One Piece)
Kenshiro (Fist Of North Star)

This mofo has built up so much hype to me that I really wonder. Who matches him from other series when it comes to hand-to-hand fight?

The only ones I know who are hyper fast are Killua and Sasuke, but apparently most of their attacks include piercing/slashing, sharp attacks of that sort I would say. No powerful punches or kicks enough to put down Suiryu. While on the opposite Naruto and Gon hit really really hard, but I doubt their speed. Explain how Neji and this so-called Ken Kaneki can do, because I doubt they can defeat Suiryu.

To answer your question about "What the hell does this guy do?", he's probably and I say PROBABLY 2nd strongest character in the manga after Saitama... Just sayin probably... of humans of course.

OK. Since OPM have monsters, this would be legit. Yeah, Korosensei (the manga I haven't touched) will rape Suiryu.

Someone that would not (obviously) annihilate suiryu, since pretty much everyone from the db universe can defeat him.

Yeah,he easly destroys that fish. Even if the sea king had the additional power up from the water/rain.

I thought you're gonna say that Suiryu is no different than those S-Rank, but really? Suiryu can defeat Sea-King easily? If so, this is where it's gonna lost me. Suiryu in terms of power level is unknown. They say Rob Lucci is 4000 Douriki and seems after 2 years, God knows how much Douriki he is. Saitama represent zero in mathematics.

So Suiryu's power can't be measured against Saitama. Between Saitama and Suiryu, it's pretty much the same between Goku and Superman. I hopelessly might say Suiryu as powerful as...... strongest human of Dragon Ball universe like Roshi maybe. I'm trying to measure Suiryu by Dragon Ball standards of power level. Non of the villains Saitama fought can be told how much their power level are.

Lol, Roshi destroys that scrub. Pick another franchise if you want to compare.

Suiryu is above current genos if my analyze of him is correct, he is not on par with atomic samurai but he is above watch dog for sure.
