Who can beat Suiryu from other series?

Whether from manga or video game, I probably could list countless of hand-to-hand fighters who PROBABLY could match or defeat Suiryu, such as:

Akuma (Street Fighter)
Takuma (Art Of Fighting)
Luffy (One Piece)
Rob Lucci (One Piece)
Kenshiro (Fist Of North Star)

This mofo has built up so much hype to me that I really wonder. Who matches him from other series when it comes to hand-to-hand fight?

The only ones I know who are hyper fast are Killua and Sasuke, but apparently most of their attacks include piercing/slashing, sharp attacks of that sort I would say. No powerful punches or kicks enough to put down Suiryu. While on the opposite Naruto and Gon hit really really hard, but I doubt their speed. Explain how Neji and this so-called Ken Kaneki can do, because I doubt they can defeat Suiryu.

To answer your question about "What the hell does this guy do?", he's probably and I say PROBABLY 2nd strongest character in the manga after Saitama... Just sayin probably... of humans of course.

OK. Since OPM have monsters, this would be legit. Yeah, Korosensei (the manga I haven't touched) will rape Suiryu.
