Yes, he is Uzumaki/Senju to to their relatives. He inherited from both of their traits being Tough, Lots Of Charka, Fuinjutsu
He is now mates with Kurama see Bm's mode


Yes, he mastered Sage Mode, he can warp-in clone to get SM back
Yes, He got motivated by Sasuke also his Dream.

He is the fastest Shinobi alive you can't deny it. He has Kurama don't say without Kurama he has it.

He did not master sage modee because he cannot fuse with ma and pa to do full sage mode jutsu like toad sounds
Kurama provide naruto with that speed because it a fox ,which is a fast creature
I sure there are better ninjutsu available than that
