1. SO6P
2. Madara Uchiha (both his old body and his spirit/mind inside the body "Tobi")

The Hanzo who was a legend is the Hanzo who was still fighting for peace, when he fought off the Three Sanins alone, That Hanzo (way before Jiraiya trained the Kid Nagato) would demolish Nagato.

About the Sharingan thing: When it stops being the Sharingan, it means that he has Mastered the level of Sharingan, when the next level is Rinnengan, it means there is no more place for improvement of the Sharingan.
