Who can beat Caius Ballad from FF?

In your opinion which character from Final Fantasy can beat Caius?

Powers and Abilities: Monster Control(Summoned an entire army), Time Manipulation(Can Time Freeze and has memories of all Timelines), Can transform into Chaos Bahamut(Enables flight), Chaos Control(Not related to Sonic), Stat buffing, Stat Debuffs, Super Strength, Super Speed, Super Durability, Super Agility/Dexterity, Summon a huge Comet, Can create illusions, Teleportation, Can send someone into a dreamlike state(Only at the Void Beyond), and Time Travel.

I consider him the strongest Antagonist in FF because:

-He's immortal
-His plan has complete and utter success
-He completely puts Serah and Noel to shame whenever he fights them
-He can turn into Chaos Bahamut whenever he wants
-He can warp time itself
-He has permanent Reraise status in battle
-He can even manipulate others into "killing" him and making them believe that he's actually dead
-He can defeat Lightning. Freaking Lightning.
-Has one of the most powerful swords in Final Fantasy. Ragnarok.

While Lightning did sort of defeat him, in the beginning of the game, but then it turns out their battle was an "eternal battle", so neither one of them can actually beat each other.

So for the sake of this thread I will say no one can beat Caius (at least no one I can think of right now), until Lightning and Caius have another imminent battle in XIII-3 next year.
